Well, I thought it was about time to try some new things for breakfast. Although I do enjoy my one egg on toast every single morning, sometimes it's fun to change it up! This time I decided to try a recipe I found through SELF magazine. Here's the recipe:
I opted to not use the nuts. Partially because I didn't have any but also because I know that a lot of people are allergic and I wanted this recipe to be one everyone could try! I also used vanilla instead of plain greek yogurt and added cinnamon to the batter (which tasted great!). And then, of course, I photographed what happened:

Baaaanaaaanaaaaa.....
Completed batter with the leftover banana beside it:
Yummy greek yogurt
The pancakes just after being poured onto the skillet:
I know the texture isn't very appetizing but I never knock something until I've fully tried it!
After the flip! Looking much more delicious
The finished product...yum!
I was very surprised to find out that these ingredients could actually make a decent pancake. It still doesn't compare to a fluffy Aunt Jemima but it was definitely delicious! I'll be adding this into my mornings occasionally or when I feel like breakfast for supper ;). Feel free to try this recipe also and let me know what you think!
Have a wonderful day everyone :).
